Evening Standard unveils its Progress 1000 in Partnership with Citi.

Today, the Evening Standard announces its eagerly anticipated Progress 1000 at a prestigious ceremony held in the Design Museum in Kensington.

The list, now in its 13th year, spotlights and celebrates the most influential people in London across business, technology, science, politics, religion, design, architecture, culture and the arts. It celebrates those making a change in the capital and who continue to make London such an exciting and diverse city.

This year’s theme is the future and technology. It embraces new sectors including AR & VR, biotechnology, cyber security (one of London’s fastest growing sectors), plus social media influencers who use their position to challenge inequality, improve the environment or simply launch great start-ups.
